I used Boogie Bounce in particular after my third child to help strengthen my pelvic floor again. I loved the feeling of gaining my strength and fitness back. Plus the kids loved it too. I was super skeptical of boogie bounce to begin with after having kids thinking bouncing would be no good for my pelvic floor but it was actually the opposite overtime strengthened it… it’s so much fun , get a good sweat up while laughing, smiling and making friends… highly recommend ??
